1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period. Returns are only accepted if the product shows no signs of use and is in original condition.

2. Return Period

• Standard period to request a return is 14 days from the date of receipt.

3. Return Procedure

2. The store confirms receipt of the return request and provides instructions.
3. Send the product to: Stryszawa, nr 240, 34-205.

4. Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the store refunds the amount to the customer’s account within 14 business days.
